Alam Sari Restaurant

Our open air restaurant has a tastefully decorated, tropical ambience. It serves a select range of Balinese, Asian and international cuisine made from a variety of fresh, locally and home grown vegetables and fruits, as well as imported ingredients such as meats, cheese and imported goods. Tropical fruits well known to Bali are incorporated into the menu when they are in season. We have an organically friendly kitchen garden where we grow coffee, cacao, vanilla as well as renowned Indonesian spices such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and lemongrass. We use these flavours in our cooking, baking and drinks fresh from the garden.

Alam Sari Swimming Pool

Alam Sari hotel has a large, natural stone swimming pool which is an outstanding feature of the hotel. It is a wonderful way to relax at the end of a day’s tour, or a hard day’s shopping. The water is warm and inviting, and pool toys are provided for the children. Parents are required to supervise their children at all times.

Alam Sari Gym

Guests have access to our spacious, airconditioned weight and exercise room, with sauna facilities. Training equipment includes weight training station, exercycles, treadmill and aerobic workout space. The gym can also be reserved for aerobics, yoga and similar activities.
