Our restaurant serves a select range of Balinese, Asian
and International cuisine made from a variety of fresh,
locally grown vegetables and fruits, as well as imported
ingredients such as meats, cheese and imported goods.
Tropical fruits well known to Bali are incorporated into
the menu when they are in season. All coffee and vanilla
used in the restaurant is grown in Indonesia, as are the
reknowned Indonesian spices: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg
and mace. We use these flavours in our cooking, baking
and drinks.
Our bar serves a wide range of fresh fruit juices, lassis,
beer, alcoholic drinks, and wine. You can enjoy your favourite
cup of coffee, a cappuccino, a latte, or choose from a
range of teas while you sit in our open air restaurant
and take in the late afternoon views. |

Alam Sari hotel has a large, natural stone
swimming pool which is an outstanding feature of the
hotel. It is a wonderful way to relax at the end of
a day’s tour, or a hard day’s shopping.

a fitness station, exercycle, treadmill, versaball FX
and other equipment. There is a sauna, showers and changing
room, and jacuzzi available to our gym users. The gym

suite, especially designed for couples, includes its own

manicure, pedicure or simply meditate in tranquil surroundings
in our open air Balinese pavilion set amidst a beautiful
